Laura Erickson's For the Birds

At least 50 were gathered in my spruce and feeders at my office window, so I set out my recorder on my office’s air conditioner. I cut out loud thumps when they alighted on or next to the recorder. I didn’t pick out any redpolls or other finches during the time I made this recording. The birds were extremely active, feeding and twittering.
