Sound Recording: Walter says "hi" to a hummingbird

Recorded on July 30, 2022 Recorded in Duluth, MN

This recording is a re-enactment. My son-in-law Michael (who illustrated the chickadees at the top of this web page) made an adorable video of Walter saying “Hi!” a few times. After hearing Walter saying it exactly that way to a hummingbird at my feeder, I extracted the sound from the video and mixed it with a hummingbird’s calls and wing-zips.
