Laura Erickson's For the Birds

An hour and forty minutes of mostly redpolls with some Fox Sparrows and a smattering of other songs. I set my Zoom H6 with the XY-stereo microphone on the ground near the house, pointed at the spruce tree to the west. Throughout this recording, you can hear all the redpolls take off en masse from very close range, sounding almost like a sliding door, whenever something scared them. I edited out passing cars and a couple of loud dogs.
