Laura Erickson served as expert witness for the Friends of the Boundary Waters in their lawsuit against AT&T’ to stop construction of a guyed, lighted tower on the edge of the Boundary Waters. The judge found, on every issue, on behalf of the plaintiffs. Now AT&T is appealing.
