Sitta canadensis

Family: Sittidae (Nuthatches)
This tiny nuthatch of coniferous forests is sociable and curious, and during winter is often drawn to people to take food from hands. At feeders, it takes mostly suet and sunflower seeds and is often drawn to peanut butter.
