Vireo philadelphicus
Order: Passeriformes
Family: Vireonidae (Vireos, Shrike-Babblers, and Erpornis)
This elegant vireo can be tricky to distinguish from the Warbling Vireo by plumage and is very tricky to distinguish from the larger, more aggressive Red-eyed Vireo by voice. Some scientists speculate that the similar songs may keep the tougher Red-eyed Vireos at bay.
