Family: Scolopacidae (Sandpipers and Allies)
This godwit is found in England and a small part of France year-round and breeds in much of Europe, including southern Scandinavia. It winters in the Indian subcontinent, Australia, New Zealand, western Europe and west Africa. I saw some in Austria and Hungary in June 2014 but didn’t get photos. My only pictures are from Uganda in November 2016.
