Turdinus perspicillatus
Order: Passeriformes
Family: Pellorneidae (Ground Babblers and Allies)
In February 2021, Muhammad Suranto and Muhammad Rizky accidentally caught, and then photographed and released, a Black-browed Babbler in a forest in South Kalimantan Province in Borneo. This is the first time this bird has ever been seen since the only specimen known was collected somewhere in Borneo between 1843 and 1848.
